I paid via M-Pesa but didn't get the SMS. What do I do?
First, check your spam folder or SMS inbox. If it hasn't arrived within 5 minutes, WhatsApp us your M-Pesa transaction code (e.g., SGH12345) and we will resend it immediately.
Can I get a refund?
Because our product is digital and delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once the SMS is sent. However, if you were charged twice or the system failed to send your slip, we will refund or resend it immediately.
Do you offer personalized picks?
We offer structured slips (Mega, SportPesa Midweek, and Betika) based on our statistical models. We do not offer one-on-one personalized consulting or "fixed matches."
