1. About Us & Our Service

Surebets is an independent sports data analysis service operating in Kenya since 2016. We are not a bookmaker. We do not accept wagers, hold stakes, or pay out jackpots. We provide information (our prediction betslips) that you may choose to use when placing your own bets with a licensed operator like SportPesa or Betika.

2. Age Restriction (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use this website, purchase our betslips, or participate in any form of sports betting in Kenya. By using our site, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

3. What You Are Buying

When you purchase a betslip for KES 99, you are buying a digital piece of information—a specific combination of predictions. You are not buying a betting ticket, and your payment to us is not a wager. Your payment covers the analysis, data processing, and SMS delivery costs.

4. No Guarantees of Winning

We do not guarantee that you will win any bet or jackpot. Sports betting involves significant variance. While our predictions are based on statistical models and expert analysis, a single red card, injury, or unforeseen event can render the entire betslip incorrect.

All decisions to place a bet, and all financial risks associated with that bet, remain entirely with you. You should never stake money you cannot afford to lose.

5. Payment, Delivery, and Refunds

Payments: All payments are processed securely via Safaricom M-Pesa STK Push. By initiating a payment, you agree to pay the stated amount (currently KES 99).

Delivery: Your betslip will be sent via SMS to the Safaricom phone number you provided. Delivery is usually within 5 seconds, but may occasionally be delayed by network issues at Safaricom's end.

Refund Policy: Because our product is digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds once the SMS is sent. If you were charged twice or the system failed to deliver your betslip, we will resend the betslip or issue a refund immediately upon verification. 6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Surebets shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, our betslips.
• Any financial loss incurred from betting on our predictions.
• Delays in SMS delivery caused by Safaricom or network issues.
• Any inaccuracies in the data provided by third-party sports feeds.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific betslip in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, statistical models, betslips, graphics, logos, and code—is the property of Surebets or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute our betslips or analysis without our express written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our site for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or breach the security of the site.
• Use automated systems (bots) to purchase betslips.
• Resell our betslips to third parties.

9. Third-Party Links

Our site contains links to third-party websites (like SportPesa and Betika). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these websites. We provide these links for your convenience only.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law or our services. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
